5. Digital Delivery and Refund Policy

Because this is a digital product delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once the Files have been downloaded, except where required by law or in cases of a demonstrable technical issue preventing access (e.g., corrupted file, failed download).
