Because our Product is a digital, downloadable item, all sales are final once the Files have been delivered or downloaded. Due to the nature of digital goods, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges simply due to a change of mind.

2. Exceptions — When We Will Issue a Refund

We will consider a refund or replacement in the following situations:

• Technical Issues: The file is corrupted, incomplete, or otherwise fails to download or open correctly, and we are unable to resolve the issue after being contacted.
• Accidental Duplicate Purchase: You were accidentally charged more than once for the same Product.
• Product Not as Described: The Product significantly differs from what was advertised (e.g., wrong file delivered).
